Yes, you can, with a few notes:

・Please write the names of the people coming together with you in the comments field.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes. If there is availability, you can book even just before the time.
However, we may have to decline if we are fully booked. Weekends tend to be especially busy, so booking early is recommended.
Can I decide my menu after I arrive at the salon?
We can also discuss and decide after you arrive, but depending on timing there may be menus that are not available.

About treatments
I don’t know which menu to choose.
We have recommended menus depending on where you feel discomfort or fatigue.
Please see each menu page for details.
You can see all menus here:

How long should I book for?
It depends on your condition and the person, but for body courses we recommend 60 minutes or more, and for body & head (and/or face & foot) courses, 90 minutes or more for a full-body treatment.
Treating only one part of the body and treating the whole body are very different – a full-body treatment also improves overall circulation and metabolism.
Do I need to remove my makeup?
No, you do not need to remove your makeup.
Can I fix my makeup afterwards?
We do not have a dedicated makeup room, but each treatment room has a mirror and simple amenities such as a comb, cotton swabs and oil-blotting papers.
Do I have to change clothes?
It is not absolutely necessary, but we provide comfortable clothing for you free of charge.
We recommend changing as it helps you relax more during the treatment.
Can men receive treatments?
Yes, absolutely – men are very welcome.
I am pregnant – can I receive a treatment?
If you are in your stable period and before your final month, you can receive treatment.
We treat you in side-lying and supine positions so that your abdomen and baby are not compressed.
Our maternity course is introduced here:

Is there an age limit?
No, there is no age limit.
Are there cases where you cannot provide treatment?
Yes. If you are under the influence of alcohol, have a fever or are feeling unwell, treatment may worsen your condition or lead to medical problems, so please refrain from receiving treatment.
If you have been drinking, please come after your alcohol has worn off.
Do I need my health insurance card?
No. We cannot accept health insurance, so your insurance card is not required.
Is the treatment painful?
We adjust the pressure to your preferred level (“feels good to pleasantly strong”), so it should not feel “uncomfortably painful”.
If at any time you feel you are enduring pain, please tell your therapist. Continuing to endure pain can cause soreness known as “rebound” afterwards.
This is my first time, so I’m not sure what strength is best.
As a guideline, please think of “feels good to pleasantly strong”.
Some people think “stronger is more effective” and endure the pain, but this can damage muscle fibers.
Your therapist will first check by saying something like “How is this pressure?” based on how your muscles feel, but sensitivity differs from person to person, so please tell us if it feels painful.
You can ask for adjustments to the pressure at any time during the treatment.
For more about treatment strength, please see this column (Japanese):

Instead of “pressing”, can you “knead” my muscles?
We do not provide kneading-type treatments.
One reason is that our basic concept is to take sufficient time to press straight into the muscle without damaging it, and to gently release even deep-seated stiffness – which is difficult to do by “kneading”.
Also, our training is focused on “Deep Muscle Approach”, a technique based on shiatsu-style pressure.
We have trained deeply and confidently in pressing, but not in kneading. We feel it would not be right to offer a technique we have not properly trained for.
For more about why we do not knead, please see this column (Japanese):
Why we do not “knead” »
I’m worried about soreness (rebound) after the treatment.
Our treatments do not involve rubbing or kneading; we press straight in, hold, and then release straight out.
Because of this nature, we are less likely to damage muscle fibers and, as a result, there is very little rebound.
Techniques that rub across the direction of the muscle fibers tend to cause damage more easily, so for safety reasons we do not use them.
Is your oil foot massage different from reflexology?
Yes. Our treatment is a massage of the feet themselves, and does not use the reflexology concept.
When you have used your feet too much, have been standing for a long time, or have swelling, we directly stimulate the feet to relieve foot discomfort.
We do not try to relieve shoulder stiffness through the feet. If your shoulders are stiff, we recommend a body course.
We do not work based on “reflex zones”; if something feels tight, we simply consider that area itself to be tight and treat it directly.
