About Nagomiya Ginza

Nagomiya Ginza is a relaxation, bodywork and massage salon located about a 2-minute walk from both Higashi-ginza and Ginza Stations, and about a 4-minute walk from Ginza-itchome Station. We are also conveniently accessible from Yurakucho.

We offer a variety of treatment menus, including body and head massage using our original Deep Muscle Approach, oil massage from the soles of the feet to below the knees to improve blood circulation and lymph flow, and maternity massage. Thoughts on This Work
I have worked in various hospitality and customer service roles up to now.
Through those experiences I came to feel real joy in being useful to others, and moved into this field hoping to go from simply “serving” guests to truly “soothing and healing” them.
The greatest joy for me is when a guest says “I feel so much better” with a smile after a session.
I apply firm pressure with my fingers, but keep my own shoulders relaxed so I can provide a sense of ease. I treat every session with care so that I can deliver that feeling of “relief” to each guest.
Things I Love
I love “stories” in all forms – movies, manga, anime, novels, games, comedy sketches and more.
I enjoy thinking about the intentions behind a work and spotting foreshadowing, and I often find myself completely absorbed in it.
Please tell me about your favorite works if you have any recommendations.
Qualifications
Deep Muscle Approach® Therapist, Aroma Therapist Test Level 1 (AEAJ), Service Hospitality Test Semi-Grade 1 (Jissen Ginou Kentei Association)

Thoughts on This Work
Hello, I’m Kinoshita.
My body may be slim, but I have warm, large hands (I’m left-handed, by the way) and thumbs trained here at Nagomiya, and I’d love to work slowly and deeply into your tired areas.
I always aim to offer treatments and service that make both body and mind feel lighter, and that naturally bring a smile to your face.
Things I Love
I love cycling, motorbikes, watching movies, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, and playing with dogs (and being played with by them!). Every day is full of things I enjoy.
I also love cooking and eating… and beer! (^o^)
Qualifications
Deep Muscle Approach® Therapist, Licensed Electrician

Thoughts on This Work
I “love stiffness” – not in the sense of liking to become stiff, but in the sense that I love pressing into stiff muscles.
I really enjoy thinking about how much pressure to apply and from what angle, and finding just the right approach. When that sensation aligns with what the guest is feeling and they are pleased, I feel deeply happy too.
I try to create a space where you can forget about time, entrust your body to us and relax fully, and I always aim for treatments that let you leave with a smile.
Things I Love
・ “Boshin” – reading the messages the body sends through things like spots and moles, and using that to support health.
・ Researching and putting into practice ways to improve circulation and relieve coldness.
I want to live comfortably by doing the everyday things – housework, sleep, meals, exercise – attentively and with enjoyment.

Thoughts on This Work
When I was a student I did an acrobatic sport and had many injuries. Even back then I was very interested in the body, mind and food.
These days my goal is to maintain a supple, flexible body, and I practice exercises that help me manage my condition.
At Nagomiya, it’s my joy to help guests relax deeply, recharge and raise their performance in daily life and work.
Things I Love
Reading (especially novels and essays)
Watching movies (especially human dramas and black comedies)
Talk shows, looking at ukiyo-e prints, listening to people’s stories,
Dancing to upbeat music, and relaxing with ballads that let me sink into my feelings.
Qualifications
Deep Muscle Approach® Therapist, Certified Health Exercise Practitioner, National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, University of Nevada–approved Mat Pilates Instructor, MB Certified Coach

Thoughts on This Work
I feel that as times change, stress is becoming more varied and complex, and it’s harder and harder to keep both body and mind healthy.
I started this work because I wanted to help soften that stress and let people feel deeply relaxed.
Using the techniques I’ve learned at Nagomiya and my naturally warm hands, I hope to ease your fatigue and stiffness and support your physical and mental well-being. It would make me very happy if I can do that for you.
Things I Love
I love stories in all forms – games, anime, books – as well as watching baseball, listening to music, and watching craftspeople at work.
Qualifications
Deep Muscle Approach® Therapist, Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination

~ With trained fingers, I’ll do my very best to work out your stiffness! ~
I worked for more than 20 years in the field of international cooperation, and then decided to devote the rest of my life to this world of bodywork.
The trigger was when I was working in Fiji, a small island nation in the Pacific. A villager told me they had pain in their neck, shoulders and arms, so I tried giving them a massage. From the very next day, my relationship with that person and the village as a whole suddenly became much closer.
Through Nagomiya, I would be delighted if people from overseas – and Japanese guests as well – can experience the spirit and culture that Japan is proud of: care, omotenashi, a sense of “nagomi” (calm) and healing.
Things I Love
Eastern medicine, cuisines from many different countries (both cooking and eating), and traditional clothing from around the world (collecting and wearing it).
Qualifications
multilingual/multilingue (English, Français, Español, Português), Deep Muscle Approach® Therapist

Thoughts on This Work
I chose this line of work because I want to ease day-to-day fatigue and discomfort, even just a little, and help people feel lighter in both body and mind.
I listen carefully to each person’s concerns and value treatments that are tailored to how you are feeling on that particular day.
I try to face every guest sincerely and attentively so that you can leave thinking, “I’m really glad I came here.”
I hope to offer a warm, gentle time where not only your body but also your heart can unwind.
Things I Love
Watching comedy, following sumo, exploring new ramen shops, and watching my child’s smile and sleeping face.
