In the past I worked with my hands as a piano tuner, a carpenter and in other tool-based trades.
I have always loved sports and pushed my body quite hard, and after suffering from lower back pain myself, I eventually arrived at this truly “hands-on” profession.
Of course technique is important, but I also hope to help you feel calm and at ease, both physically and emotionally.
- What I like
- I like riding my bicycle slowly, taking walks, looking at the sky, retro objects, Eastern medicine, stationery and the ukiyo-e artist Hiroshige.
I’m aiming for a simple lifestyle… but somehow the number of things I own doesn’t seem to decrease.
- Qualifications
- Deep muscle approach® therapist / Yamaha Piano Tuning Grade 5 / Nippon Kempo Karate 2nd dan / Psychological therapist (Tokyo Ryojutsu Gakuin) / Fire prevention manager (Type B)

I believe that keeping the body and mind in good condition is the foundation for enjoying daily life and raising the overall quality of life.
While working as a yoga instructor, I wanted to support people’s physical and mental health in another field as well, which led me to become a therapist.
Just like after a good yoga session, I hope to help release what has been stagnating, so you feel refreshed and clear, and to deliver relaxation that melts away tension in both body and mind.
I would be happy to support you in enjoying each day with a supple body and flexible mind.

・Traditional Chinese medicine and Eastern medicine
・Spending time in nature

Since I was a child, I have often given massages to my family, relatives and friends.
Seeing them so happy just from what I could do with my own hands gave me a great sense of purpose.
I wanted to make many more people happy and bring smiles with these hands, and that is why I chose this profession.
I will do my very best so that you can relax deeply, both physically and mentally.

I previously worked at a chiropractic clinic, where many guests came in with muscle stiffness.
Quite a few of them felt that the deeper layers of muscle were also tight and hard to reach.
When I was thinking about changing jobs, I came across the Deep muscle approach, and I felt it was exactly the technique that could meet these needs.
I hope to help you relax both body and mind, and support you in living a healthy, comfortable life.
