Thoughts on this work
In the past I worked with my hands as a piano tuner, a carpenter and in other tool-based trades. I have always loved sports and pushed my body quite hard, and after suffering from lower back pain myself, I eventually arrived at this truly “hands-on” profession. Of course technique is important, but I also hope to help you feel calm and at ease, both physically and emotionally.
What I like
I like riding my bicycle slowly, taking walks, looking at the sky, retro objects, Eastern medicine, stationery and the ukiyo-e artist Hiroshige. I’m aiming for a simple lifestyle… but somehow the number of things I own doesn’t seem to decrease.
Qualifications
Deep muscle approach® therapist / Yamaha Piano Tuning Grade 5 / Nippon Kempo Karate 2nd dan / Psychological therapist (Tokyo Ryojutsu Gakuin) / Fire prevention manager (Type B)

Thoughts on this work
I believe that keeping the body and mind in good condition is the foundation for enjoying daily life and raising the overall quality of life. While working as a yoga instructor, I wanted to support people’s physical and mental health in another field as well, which led me to become a therapist. Just like after a good yoga session, I hope to help release what has been stagnating, so you feel refreshed and clear, and to deliver relaxation that melts away tension in both body and mind. I would be happy to support you in enjoying each day with a supple body and flexible mind.
What I like
・Travel (especially overseas – I’ve visited various places in Asia, Europe and the US, though not much in the last few years)
・Eating good food (I save favorite restaurants on Google Maps – I especially love bread and curry)
・Yoga, dance and other kinds of movement
・Traditional Chinese medicine and Eastern medicine
・Spending time in nature
Qualifications
Deep muscle approach® therapist / RYT200 (Yoga Alliance) / Yin yoga teacher training / Chinese medicine & wellness yoga training / TOEIC 750

Thoughts on this work
Since I was a child, I have often given massages to my family, relatives and friends. Seeing them so happy just from what I could do with my own hands gave me a great sense of purpose. I wanted to make many more people happy and bring smiles with these hands, and that is why I chose this profession. I will do my very best so that you can relax deeply, both physically and mentally.
What I like
I love music – it really supports me. I mainly listen to J-POP. I also love Disney. My favorite time in the park is eating Disney food while watching the parades.
Qualifications
Deep muscle approach® therapist / Licensed Anma massage & shiatsu therapist

Thoughts on this work
I previously worked at a chiropractic clinic, where many guests came in with muscle stiffness. Quite a few of them felt that the deeper layers of muscle were also tight and hard to reach. When I was thinking about changing jobs, I came across the Deep muscle approach, and I felt it was exactly the technique that could meet these needs. I hope to help you relax both body and mind, and support you in living a healthy, comfortable life.
What I like
I enjoy listening to music and playing the guitar. I mainly like rock, but I listen to a wide range of genres from the 1960s to recent songs.
Qualifications
Deep muscle approach® therapist / The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping (Level 3) / Sports Medicine Test (Level 1) / NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer / Joint Training Instructor / Class 2 Electrician / Class 2 Boiler Engineer / Class 3 Refrigeration Machine Operator / Hazardous Materials Engineer (Category 4) / DD Class 3

Thoughts on this work
I would like to offer a warm, heartful time that helps release some of the fatigue and stress of everyday life. My goal is to press with care so that, after your session, you can feel that gentle “ahh” of relief and leave with a soft, relaxed smile.
What I like
Watching movies and dramas (especially mysteries), playing golf (aiming to break 100!), visiting museums (paintings, Buddhist statues, etc.), and eating delicious food (a daily sweet treat is a must).
Qualifications
Deep muscle approach® therapist
