- [B] Body & Oil Foot
-
This course combines our full-body work with blended oil massage from below the knees to the soles of the feet.
You can choose your favorite scent from 5 types of original blended oils.

- Recommended for
-
・ Legs that swell from long hours of desk work or feel heavy from standing work
・ Leg swelling, tired feet, cold feet, PMS-related discomfort
The oil foot massage, using blended oil from the soles to the calves, takes about 30 minutes within this course. Combined with full-body work, it is ideal if you struggle with cold feet, swelling or general fatigue in the legs.
We use oil to work directly on the feet, where waste products and excess fluid easily accumulate, and combine it with our basic technique, the
Deep muscle approach.
Without causing sharp pain, we gently disperse the day’s fatigue from the soles up through the calves using oil.
If you would like to receive both Oil Foot and full-body work thoroughly, we recommend 90 minutes or longer.
We provide a T-shirt and half-length shorts for you to change into.
* This is not a reflexology treatment and does not use the “reflex zone” concept.
* The time balance between bodywork and Oil Foot can be adjusted in consultation with you.

About the Body & Oil Foot Treatment

- Oil Massage for the Soles
-
While you lie face down and relax, we apply oil to the soles of your feet and work on them thoroughly.
Rather than a painful, punishing style, we aim to naturally soften the muscles, improve circulation and gently wash away the day’s fatigue.
At the same time, we use firm, satisfying pressure so that you feel that it is really “working”.
This is not reflexology, so we do not use the “reflex zone” concept.

- Oil Massage for the Calves
-
After the feet, we encourage blood flow and lymph back toward the center of the body through the calves.
Using firm pressure with the fingers and palms fully in contact, we create a melting, deeply relaxing sensation while at the same time improving overall circulation.

- Face-Down Body Treatment
-
Depending on your consultation, the flow may vary, but in most cases (except for maternity guests) we begin with you lying face down.
By applying steady, vertical pressure using body weight, we can work deeply without damaging the muscles.
This position is especially effective for the back, lower back and legs.

- Side-Lying Treatment
-
We often include side-lying work as well. Resting against a body pillow, you can relax while we deliver effective pressure in this position.
This approach is especially good for working into the shoulders and neck.

- Stretching
-
We perform many stretches while you are lying on your side.
We gently and slowly expand your range of motion in a way that you cannot easily achieve on your own.
In this photo, we are twisting the lower back – a very popular stretch that lets you really feel the lumbar muscles elongate.

- Finishing in a Supine Position
-
In many cases, we finish the session with you lying on your back.
We may include facial work and neck stretches.
Afterwards, we gently help you sit up on the bed and finish with light stretching and very gentle percussion on the shoulders to “wake up” the muscles and conclude the session.
