We have multiple therapists, so if you wish, you can request a specific person.
At the same time, we train so that you can feel comfortable with any therapist and minimize individual differences.

Detailed Treatment Flow
Services Common to All Menus

- Consultation for first-time visitors

For first-time guests, we ask you to fill out a counseling sheet. The more detail you provide, the smoother and more tailored your session can be.
To allow you to relax and enjoy your tea after the treatment, we take payment at the beginning.

- Soft, comfortable change of clothes

We provide long-sleeved, long-pants room wear for you to change into.
Of course, this is free of charge, so please feel free to use it.If you prefer not to change, you may receive treatment in the clothes you arrived in, as long as they are suitable.

- Tea after the treatment

Please enjoy a cup of genmaicha (roasted brown rice green tea). Many guests find it tastes especially good after their treatment.
If you make your next reservation on the spot, we will add a 5-minute option free of charge.
After seeing you off, your therapist always records the details of the session in your chart, which we use as a reference for future visits.
In other words, we start preparing for your next best session right after you leave.
About the Body Treatment

- Prone (face-down) treatment
-
The exact flow may change based on your consultation, but in many cases we begin with face-down work (except for pregnant guests).
We carefully apply body weight and maintain pressure, so the treatment is effective without straining your body.
This position is especially suitable for working on the back, lower back, and legs.

- Side-lying treatment

We also frequently incorporate side-lying treatment. By leaning into a body pillow, you can relax while we deliver effective pressure.
This method is especially good for reaching the shoulders and neck.

- Stretching

We perform many stretches while you are side-lying.
We gently and quietly extend your range of motion beyond what you can do on your own.
In the photo, we are twisting the lower back – a very popular stretch that allows you to really feel the muscles of the lower back lengthen.

- Supine (face-up) treatment

In many cases, we finish the session with you lying on your back.
We may perform facial massage and neck stretches in this position.
Afterwards, we gently help you sit up on the bed and end the session with light stretching and very gentle tapping on the shoulders to awaken the muscles.
